2) Option 2 and 3 works for both AI and Player.. (Some Justice to the AI. For those wants a player only effect.. Player ID for Money and Power is at Offset 8 ).

4) Massive Health + One Hit kill (same as Massive Health but also decreases enemy unit Health to 0 on selection).

Command And Conquer Generals Money Cheat Engine Steam
- Install Cheat Engine
- Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
- Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
- Keep the list.
- Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1
I do not play this game anymore and this is one of my ages old table.
I post it here only because someone has asked for it.
Command And Conquer Free
It is working with v1.02
It has Money, Power, Exp, General Points, Instant unit training, God Mode and Mega Health.
Instant unit training is working for the enemy too, the other options are only for the human player.
NOTES:
1. Do not use the Money, Mega Health or God Mode at the same time. Use only one of them or the option like Money + God if You wish.
2. Infinite health will make everything invincible in skirmish and most of Your units in campaign. Everything means really everything, not just Your units but some of Your planes bombs etc. So God mode has a side effect that some of the bombs does not explode...
3. Mega Health will give massive Health bonus for Your units when You train them and even if You turn it off, they will be invincible. This has been made to avoid the side effects of the God mode. Make a few units which will be invincible and then turn it off so You are able to use bombs etc. normally which is not working with God Mode. For example You can make an invincible base and defenses with it, then continue normally with standard units.
